Job Description

I have an exciting and unique opportunity for a Digital Customer Engagement, loyalty, offer and rewards Product Manager to work for a Global telecommunications company on a permanent basis. This position can be based in Berkshire or London and will involve some overseas travel.

This is an great chance to operate at a Global level and have a chance to review the digital customer journey and shape customer offerings. You will develop new and innovative ways to drive customer usage and behaviour on different and innovative categories of devices including driving evolution of loyalty and offer and reward programmes across the operating companies. You will work closely with big data to ensure you are thinking about the entire customer lifecycle and impact. You will develop innovative ways to communicate with customers- across new touchpoints, apps, social, on device, mobile, push notifications, direct mail and more.

We are looking for an experienced leader capable of influencing and inspiring cross functional teams to challenge the norm and deliver innovative solutions against a stretched vision and targets. You will have experience of leading lifecycle, CRM, engagement and/ or loyalty marketing at top customer brands. You will use customer insights and data to deeply understand the customer base and have experience of working across multi- countries.
