We are looking for a Senior software developer as well as a top communicator to sit between technical teams. Your primary responsibility will be to work and support our cryptography and key management applications and act as an interface between the Development and Architecture teams, guiding and mentoring less experienced team members. You will pay a key role in the transition to new architecture working closely with solution designers and systems testers to produce, delivery and support changes and new functionality. You will provide a 4th line support for several cryptography and key management applications , analysing issues, and delivering fixes to agreed quality standards and timescales.

Mandatory Experience.

C/C++ (3-5 years minimum commercial experience)

Java Development (1-3 years minimum commercial experience)

Knowledge of high-performance key management/cryptography device configuration

Demonstrable knowledge of multi-threaded applications

Demonstrable experience in SSL Mutual Authentication implementation

Use of Cryptographic Service Providers (CSPs)

MS Visual Studio 6

Low-level design authoring

Development for Windows and Red Hat Linux

Understanding and use of source control/configuration management

Desirable experience

Developing and support in Windows 10 and Red Hat Linux 6.7

Experience with HPE Atalla HSM and configuration devices

Experience with PIN entry device firmware updating

Providing cost estimates

Support of large applications in a live environment
