An urgent requirement for a Core Network Test Engineer has arisen for a leading name within the telecoms sector. This is a really exciting time to join a very busy team.

• TRS/BRS reading
• HLSD Reviews
• HLD Reviews
• Test Planning / Scoping
• IA Preparations
• Test Strategy Documentation
• Test Plan Reviews
• Test Case Specification Reviews
• Test Scheduling / Re-Scheduling
• TSR Reviews
• Escalations
• Cross Functional Engagements
• Co-ordination / Tracking

Technical experience:

• Sound knowledge of Testing frameworks and the full testing lifecycle including Unit, System, Integration, Release, Acceptance, Functional, Static, Regression and Non-Functional testing.
• Extensive knowledge of EPC, SDM, IMS, LTE, 3G and 2G telecom technologies.
• Excellent understanding of SS7 (MTP, SCCP, ISUP, MAP), SIGTRAN, SIP, SDP and DIAMETER protocols
• Any experience of Nokia products such as NTHLR, OneNDS, HSS and SDM system architecture would be a bonus.
