Job Description

Provide cover for our permanent Contracts Administrator while she is on leave for c. 6-8 weeks. The primary function of the role is to administer the contract signature process including:

  • Making sure contracts are signed for and on behalf of the company by people who have the right delegated authority as defined by our governance documentation
  • Checking that the correct governance is observed prior to contract signature
  • Administering our DocuSign system
  • Making sure contractual documents are filed in the correct way in our system
  • Monitoring the process of contract approvals and signature
  • Working with stakeholders to enable deadlines for contract signature to be met
  • Retrieving contracts and contract information from our system as requested
  • Other related administrative tasks
  • Escalating issues to more senior members of the team

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience working as an administrator
  • Experience administering any corporate system
  • Ability to follow process and governance documentation
  • Working with DocuSign - preferable but not essential
  • Some experience working with contracts or contractual information

  • Eye for detail
  • Good people skills
