Job Description

Exciting new opportunity for a temporary contract based in Derry for a Contract Support Administrator. This is a service contract renewal administrator position within a remote team environment. The tasks include a variety of activities primarily to renew, maintain and terminate support contracts with 3rd Party / Partner suppliers and identify new opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Quoting renewal contracts and engineering costs
  • Handling large amount of data, cleansing/validating and input, updating systems with supplier information
  • Financial management reporting on month by month basis
  • Manage own activities within the team and prioritise work to ensure support and standard of service to exceed customer needs
  • Full training on tools, processes and procedures will be provided

Experience and qualification:

  • Problem solving / Analytical skills / Be proactive and tenacious
  • MS Office especially Access, Excel (Intermediate), Outlook and word
  • Financial awareness - Knowledge of Purchase Order Systmes
  • Ability to engage effectively with all levels of Management, Customers, Suppliers and Partner Organisation
