Content Designer

We are working alongside a market leading Telco to recruit Content Designers to work alongside strategists, digital and online specialists and other designers to create customer centric content for all multi-channel platforms.

The role of Content Designer will work with the wider team to understand requirements and work together to generate copy which aligns with UX and design work.

You will also play a role in developing processes within and across Agile teams. Think product guidelines, copybooks and tone of voice guidance.

In the role of Content Designer you will demonstrate and enhance skills within:

• Creative communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work cross-channel and cross-platform
• Understanding and appreciation of SEO requirements
• Knowledge and background of how content is focused on customer journeys
