Construction Manager. West Sussex. Fixed Term Contract (18 month) Opportunity.
International design and build company that specialises in diverse aquatic entertainment facilities ranging from bespoke swimming pools to large scale water park developments has an exciting opportunity for a Construction manager to join the team on a FTC. The role will be based in West Sussex based between Bognor and Horsham.
The successful candidate will have strong experience as a Project Manager on a building site- project is full filtration installation to a specification and steel work and ride installation therefore involving cranes, cherry pickers and lifting etc. You will have strong experience of managing a main contractor. Understanding and working knowledge of QS, H&S and budgeting. Also water park or water treatment or filtration experience would be desirable.
