Commercial Lead- Acquisition and Design

Commercial Lead- Acquisition and Design. Permanent Opportunity. Leicestershire.

Commercial lead required to join telecoms Acquisition and design team to work specifically on telecoms projects.

Key Responsibilities

• To compile monthly contract cost value reconciliation
• To manage the A&D abort matrix in conjunction with the regions
• To chase down purchase orders and information required to close out aged projects
• To manage the A&D commercial admin team
• To manage A&D purchase order raising and payments thereof.
• Engage with the A&D teams to help with streamlining the process and information flow

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience from within the Construction Industry preferably mobile telecoms desired
• Experience of MS Office / word processing packages including MS Outlook and MS Word
• High degree of experience in MS Excel (advanced level preferred)
• Experience of IT based document storage systems and databases desired
• Attention to detail is critical
