Commercial Property Project Manager - ACA / ACCA / CIMA

An exciting opening for a Project Manager with an Accounting background to join a leading telecoms company with largescale property portfolio.

This role will sit in the Property team and will play a key role in leading their Property (Code) Programme. The Property Team is accountable for the estate management and implementation of property and planning strategies across the network property portfolio, ensuring partners & suppliers adhere to agreed guidelines when undertaking work or upgrades on the property estate.

This role will be focussing on accounting/financial impacts on their property portfolio due to legislation changes, and will therefor suit a Project Manager, experienced with playing a key role in project environments, with significant finance/accountancy background and ideally ACA, ACCA, CIMA (or equivalent) qualified.

We are looking for someone with the following background

· Strong financial accounting background, ideally chartered accountant

· Proven project management experience

· Telco property experience would be a bonus, but not essential

· Experienced with managing budgets of circa £10m+

· Good leadership experience - the role will encompass a handful of direct reports

· Must be able to manage governance and implement it where needed

· Able to produce regular finance packs and report into senior stakeholders
