Commercial Consultant Transformation - Contract - Berkshire - Telecoms
Leading mobile telecoms company seeks a Commercial Consultant to work as part of the newly formed Transformation insight team.. Working in an Agile team to deliver this 18 month programme with aggressive KPIs related to churn, margin growth, NPS growth and cost. Responsible for making sure the process is as seamless as possible with minimal disruption.
The successful Commercial Consultant will illustrate experience of partnering with businesses going through change (ideally telecoms businesses). Superior commercial analysis on large datasets, insight extraction and data visualisation skills. Responsible for using/building commercial models to analyse each stage of the programme. To build hypotheses based on analysis, design tests where appropriate and recommend future approach and action based on balance impacts. You will need to be able to manage large and complex datasets, able to generate hypotheses and formulate recommendations, build compelling materials that communicate complex insights in a simple way, test hypotheses with analytical techniques and practical pilots, able to grasp and apply new concepts quickly.
- Advanced excel skills. (high volumes of analysis on margin, Churn, cost, NPS)
- Intermediate Tableau or other data visualisation software.
- Advanced powerpoint.
The ideal candidate will have experience at a senior consultancy level delivering commercial analysis for transformation projects in the telco sector.
