Location: Reading, Berkshire

Full-time onsite, ongoing contract

If you are looking for a challenging role that will give you sales and project management experience within a large multi-national company, then this exciting position could be just that.

Primarily, this role is to support the team for sales and project coordination including project and process coordination, managing the existing/new purchase orders, tracking deliveries & payment. Furthermore, you will also require to communicate and support managers with different ethnicities.


  1. Good Communication skills, able to liaise with all levels of personnel up to senior management with multi-culture background.
  2. Using IT software to keep accurate and detailed Workflow Trackers and Reports, and managing finances for various projects.
  3. End to end management of Purchase Orders (PO) from customers and ensure their accuracy.
  4. Manage all PO amendments when the situation is changed and ensure the fluent delivery.
  5. Communicate with customers about the PO register problems and PO amendment weekly.
  6. Support internal and external project and process coordination.
  7. To help fulfil other tasks required by the organisation.


  1. Proven working experience in sales management or coordination preferred.
  2. Ability to adapt and fit into multi-cultural environments.
  3. Proactive problem solving skills with resilience to keep going until problems are fixed.
  4. The ability to learn quickly and maintain a positive attitude
  5. Fluent in English and Mandarin preferred (written and spoken).
  6. Good Microsoft Office skills: Word, Outlook mail, Excel, PowerPoint.
  7. Able to work in the UK independently - we are not able to offer visa sponsorship!
