What you will do:
- Managing a range of client recruitment requirements
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews
- Meeting and briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the vacancies
- Offering CV, interview and general career advice
- Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
The ideal candidate:
- Mandarin speaking
- A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience
- Proven track record in a fast-paced recruitment position or similar background
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
- Having a general understanding of telecommunications sectors
