Chief Information Security Officer (CISO)

Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) is urgently required by our Global IT Outsourcing Client for a rolling 6-month home based contract.

The Chief Information Security Officer will be dedicated to key customer accounts. The candidate should be able to demonstrate a proven track record as a CISO, delivering into Public Sector organisations.

We ae looking for a candidate who has a good understanding of both old world data centre security and native cloud environments

The role requires someone who has hands on experience in delivering a security service into a live customer who can demonstrate they have held responsibility and accountability for all associated security day to day activities for the customer. Their key strength will be the ability to review the current status of delivery, Identify Service improvements formalise a roadmap & then deliver the service improvements. The candidate will be working at a senior strategy level working with the customer & key stakeholders at CTO, executive level, but they also must have the ability to be actually involved in doing the delivery themselves. This is not a pure consultancy role.

The Candidate will hold one of the following Security qualifications; CISMP, CISM or CISSP.
