Chief Executive Officer (Part-Time)

Project People are supporting a multi-academy Trust based in Northamptonshire, that consists of an outstanding secondary academy and three improving primary academies.

The Trust are seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer (Part time 0.6) from January 2020 or sooner dependent on availability.

The successful person will be joining at a very exciting period and will have the opportunity to on strong foundations to lead the Trust into the next stage of their journey and development.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience of effective senior management with a demonstrable track record of impact on improving outcomes
• Able to provide strategic leadership and make a positive contributions to the vision and leadership of the Trust
• Challenge and support the leadership teams to ensure the highest quality of education to our pupils
• Excellent understanding of the education sector
