Change Project Manager (Change Management/Datacentre/Cloud)

Change Project Manager (Change Management/Datacentre/Cloud/Azure/AWS) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 3 months rolling contract, to be based remotely from home, UK. (UK Only).

Responsibilities & Skills:

• The successful applicant will be an experienced Change Project Manager
• Lead the impact assessment and co-ordination across technical and delivery teams to produce change response documents for new project work
• Experience migrating applications to a cloud platform and/or between datacentres
• Senior Customer, People and team management skills
• Resource and Revenue forecasting for projects and programmes
• Planning projects and programmes
• Experience of waterfall, agile and hybrid project delivery approaches
• Previous experience of managing:

- Migration of business systems to a cloud platform and/or between datacentres

- Service transition projects to take-on application support

- Input to bids involving business transformation
