Change Analyst

Change Analyst - Permanent - Berkshire

Project People are currently looking for a Change Analyst to join a well-known high profile telecommunications client based in Berkshire. The roles will be focused on keeping the mailboxes to date, ensuring all emails are processed within as well as providing and distributing reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Carrying out daily tasks, managing and changing the mailbox
• Managing network availability, emergency site access requests and changes
• Ensuring all emergency changes are justified
• Running reports at specific times as requested
• Proactively monitoring and measuring network availability thresholds and quotas
• Performing impact risk assessments of change ensure minimal disruption
• Assisting the Change Manager in trend analysis
• Identifying areas for improvement

Key requirements/ experience of:

• Proven experience of change/ service management with IT/ Telecoms sector
• Good Excel knowledge - V-Lookups, Pivot Tables etc
