Change Analyst

Change Analyst. Reading. Contract Role.

Change Analyst required to work on a contract basis for mobile telecoms network consolidation. To work within the change management team as well as external partners. You will be responsible for emergency change management, manage golden site outages and ensure the shareholder service management teams are notified in advance. Assist in trend analysis of Permit Efficiency and Utilisation to identify areas for improvement for Small Works Contractors and also site access and lockdown processes.

The successful candidate will have:

• experience of managing internal and third party stakeholders.
• Background specifically in change management
• ITIL v3 Foundation
• Telecoms industry background- ideally RAN knowledge
• Need to be SC Clearable due to the nature of the project. (must be resident of UK in last 5 years and hold a British passport).
