Job Description
The role of the Change Agent - Legal will be to:
- Support the Legal Change Lead in understanding the demands of the OSS Programme, plan for these and ensure that the Legal Property Team is well placed to support, attending meetings alongside the Change Lead and following up on communications and actions.
- Lead / co-ordinate the activities of the Legal Change agents.
- Co-ordinate the work of the Legal Change agents through forward planning, co-ordination of inputs into design, involvement in design changes, user acceptance testing activities, communications and train the trainer activities.
Key responsibilities will be as set out above working to deliver a successful OSS implementation for the Legal Property Team across successive functionality drops with key elements being:
- Close liaison and interface with the Property team and other relevant functions.
- Forward Planning and co-ordination of Legal Property team interface into OSS.
- Analysis of Business Services Catalogue / Processes vs delivery.
- Mapping and re-mapping of business processes.
- Cross-reference to the Legal Tech Roadmap.
- User acceptance testing.
- Communications.
- Train the trainer activity.
- Ongoing support to enhancement activities in addition to Build.
- Testing of data integrity for Legal Property.
- Assessment of risk controls on an ongoing basis for system design as regards GDPR, commercial confidentiality etc.
- Challenge the status quo, keep abreast of the external market and use this to drive improvements, continuous improvements and learning.
In short the Change Agent - Legal will provide 360 degree vision of the OSS Activities that benefit or impact the Legal Property team, provide co-ordinated input starting with the SME inputs but quickly acquiring and deploying expertise in the process workflows and deploying an increasing amount of direct expertise and involvement in the deployment drops over the period.
The Change Agent - Legal will also systematically look to ensure that all appropriate aspsects of the work the Legal Property Team does are addressed in a OSS context, spotting gaps in the offering and - where necessary supporting associated activites such as defining requirements that will need to be met at a later basis time Annual Operating Plan cycles starting in 2022.
