Business Support Coordinator

Contract Opportunity


Business Support Coordinator - I am currently recruiting for this new contract opportunity working for a leading IT Services company based in Bracknell.

We are looking for someone with solid business support experience (ideally within Asset Management, Information Management or Resource Management), you will be providing a support service to a key function within the business.

You will be working closely with the business providing back office support function including:

  • Resource management,
  • Assignment reporting,
  • Looking at demand and ensuring correct resource is allocated (Demand management)
  • Expense/travel approval
  • Approving leave
  • Reporting and KPI tracking
  • Workforce planning and scheduling

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a back office support function, such as resource management, PMO and shared services. You will also need to be experienced in:

  • Solid organisation skills
  • Resource Management and planning
  • Financial management ( POs/Invoices)
  • Reporting against KPI (strong Excel skills)
