Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a specialised support, for a service delivery unit, business area and team (either internally or externally)
  • Support Service to a specialist team (such as Security, Asset Management, Information Management, Resource Management) ensuring problems and queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Analysis and diagnosing problems or issues, make potential recommendation for resolution in order to maintain appropriate service for the business unit.
  • Data Entry - Maintain appropriate data relevant to the specified role for the Business area to ensure accurate records.
  • Administration for the Business area - Timesheet management and ad-hoc duties

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience within an Administration role with in analytics
  • Experience with providing data entry - (input and output)
  • Advanced office skills including Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication skill at different levels of Business (Both verbal and written)
  • Ability to be proactive and use own initiative
  • Good time management
