Business Support Administrators

Location: Derry - Currently home working but Derry one restrictions are lifted

Hours: Monday - Thursday (8.30 to 17:00), Friday (8.30 to 4.30pm)

Business Support Administrator - this is a new contract position, working for our key client in Derry. This will be a 6 month rolling contract.

Candidates will need to be local to Derry.

As Business Support Administrator you will provide a support service to a specialist team (such as Security, Asset Management, Information Management, Resource Management) to ensure problems and queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner. A confident level of using Excel and undertaking data analysis will also be required for this position.

This is varied administration position support a busy team and previous experience supporting a Business team will be advantageous.

  • Need strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word)
  • Outlook - strong email communication
  • Excel - create reports and analyse data
  • Arrange meetings
  • Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail
  • Assist in planning and arranging events
  • Drafts, formats, and print documents
  • Maintains stock lists and orders office supplies as needed
  • Interacts with managers and carries out their requests
  • Assists in purchase orders and invoicing
  • Manages outgoing post and records data on special deliveries
  • Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed
  • Sharepoint (desirable - not required but nice to have).
