Job Description

Business Process & Tools Manager

Location - Remote initially - Reading 2/3 days per week post-lockdown

This role will be working as part of our client's new centralised function supporting their deployment team. The team will be responsible for Tools & Systems and delivering continuous process improvement across data analytics and reporting.

The role will involve

  • Understanding and documenting current state processes
  • Using data and analytics to highlight and prioritize opportunities for improvement
  • Working with functional leaders and key stakeholders to document business processes and pain points
  • Facilitating Perfect Execution Projects to drive continuous improvement
  • Being a Business owner and key user for front end digital tools
  • Lead change management
  • Developing test methods and approaches to validate new processes
  • Creating and delivering training on existing and new business processes
  • Developing and implement business process audits to ensure they are being executed effectively and as designed
  • Measuring and reporting KPIs

The ideal candidate MUST come from a telecoms background and understand the operator landscape and topology.
