Business Process Analyst

Business Process Analyst - Contract - Maidenhead, Berkshire.

A leading mobile telecoms company is searching for a Business Process Analyst to join their team in Maidenhead, Berkshire on a contract basis. Candidate must have strong practical process experience and experience of supporting TOM process design / engineering.

Role:

The Business Process Analyst will join the Business Transformation team supporting the introduction of new technology. The Business Process Analyst will design and deliver the key processes to the required level of detail as well as requirements capture and conducting business impact analysis. The Business Process Analyst will need to have strong workshop facilitation skills. This is a fast paced environment, working in 2 week sprints.

This position requires a strong Business Process Analyst with knowledge of frameworks, process methods and standards such as ITIL, CMMi, TM Forum (eTOM/BPF) and TOM.
