Job Description
We are looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our client's expanding Head Office Team, with one the world's leading Mobile Telecoms Service Providers based in Berkshire. You'll be part of a vibrant, agile team at the forefront of Mobile Telecoms and IT Technology.
Reporting into the Senior Business Analyst, you will be a member of a small team of Business Process Analysts supporting a wide variety of initiatives to deliver a Target Operating Model. Working with a wide range of business stakeholders and managed service partners, you will be responsible for the modelling of Business Processes, RACIs and Working Level Agreements.

Business Process Manuals
- Working closely with stakeholders and SMEs to identify and analyse business processes
- Facilitating collaborative workshops with SMEs to capture business processes
- Documenting processes with clearly developed process maps and process descriptions according to defined standards
- Producing other process deliverables including the SIPOC, RACI and POAP
- Producing WLAs and OLAs
- Identifying issues, risks and KPIs
- Following a standard business process architecture framework to ensure all processes are developed at the correct process level
- Managing change during development of the to-be process
- Examining processes holistically to understand the impact of changing them on people, strategy, systems and general business operations
- Facilitating process improvement initiatives using agreed methodology
- Publishing deliverables on the team website/knowledge hub when necessary
- Typically a relevant degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrable experience in a business process role
- Analytical approach to problem solving
- Experience in leading process definition workshops
- Confident approach to stakeholder management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably experience in a telecomm environment
- Training in relevant methodologies, such as DMAIC, ITIL, Prince2
