Business Development Associate

Our Client is looking for a Business Development Associate to develop business within existing target sectors and new areas for them in Ireland. Your role will involve supporting their sales team with your own initiatives and ideas. We need a focused and driven salesperson to build pipeline within the sales community and be as innovative as they can with the go to market messaging that aligns to the client's core values. The role will offer an opportunity to work with and learn from our most experienced sales people and build over time to a senior sales position.The Client wants to build trust in society through innovation, can you help ?

Skills and Experience:

Pipeline development using core tools such as social media, marketing to build interest in the client's brand and offerings.

Self-sufficient in bringing your own ideas to the role of how to develop business.

Team play - Actively networking within the company, and external personnel such as partners and customers.

Problem solving -Able to navigate obstacles, build rapport both internally and externally.

Goal driven - Capable of achieving and exceeding targets.
