The Role:

Our client, a leading global IT company, are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team on a contractual basis.

You will use your experience and expertise to to gather, validate and document business requirements and deliver solutions that meet those requirements.

Key Skills and Experience:

• At least 7+ year's experience within Business Analysis or in a similar role.
• Experience in ServiceNow and CSM Module highly desirable.
• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Good business acumen and commercial awareness.
• Stakeholder Management Skills.
• Strong documentation and writing skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel to Ireland when required for customer meetings.
