The Company:

A fast paced, rapidly expanding and agile communications company are currently looking for a number of Telecoms Build Managers to join their team on either a contract or permanent basis. The role is based out of the clients newly refurbished offices in Central Reading, and offers a range of benefits including a market leading salary or day rate.

This role would suit someone with extensive Telecoms Project / Build / Delivery Management experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Work within small team directly managing SWC Suppliers to deliver end to end site passive infrastructure (Design, Acquire and Build)
• Work with Senior Deployment Manager to define site level project scope, manage site build lists and build forecasts
• Management of logistics requirements working with internal and external logistics teams
• Highlight potential risks to site level projects and mitigate as necessary
• Management of changes to site build lists or specific site requirements

Experience Required:

• Network Project Management experience
• Experience of PO raising and GRN
• Good understanding of RAN processes and cross-functional dependencies
• Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders
• Understanding of the numerous functional deliverables (Acquisition. TX, Deployment, Ops)
• Good Microsoft excel skills
