Brand Manager (B2B, Supply Chain Logistics)

Contract (40 hours per week)

Work Location- Remote

I am currently undertaking a Search for a Brand Manager role for a leading client. Candidates will require relevant experience with a proven track record working at this level.

Role Purpose:

We are looking for a Brand Manager to join a highly skilled team.

As a Brand Manager you will be reporting to the Marketing Head and will play an exciting role in shaping and delivering this client-facing offering. You will be responsible for

  • Taking brand ownership and devising the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as the long term.
  • Acting as the Brand Champion to ensure that the brand is represented in the correct way across the business visually, verbally and attitudinally.
  • Preparing marketing materials for digital and in-print advertising (In liaison with agency or web designer)
  • Spearhead the account-based marketing program
  • Utilises category and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and drive innovation in product development as well as marketing initiatives.
  • To establish strong relationships with external partners to effectively enhance brand promotional opportunities
  • Liaise with PR agency on writing & editing articles. Reviewing and explore new opportunities. Ensure content is approved by the appropriate parties.
  • Plan and manage exhibition and conference sponsorship. Co ordination of speaker opportunities
  • To manage marketing budgets and monitor spend on a monthly basis.

This Brand Manager needs to be :

  • B2B, not B2C - eg business to business, not business to consumer.
  • They also need to have supply chain logistics experience
  • Needs more experience in brand orientated work (brand strategy, vision etc)

Key Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Associate Brand Manager. ( 5-7 years minimum)
  • Experience of working in the supply chain logistics industry sector.
  • Degree in marketing or related field.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
  • Experience in ABM.
  • Experience in email marketing would be a plus.
