We are looking for a Service Reporting Administrator to join the front door of our Business Operations team. Your role will involve being the face of Business Portfolio Office, underpinning the service reporting strategy, dealing with requirements from our Senior Leaders whilst ensuring that as a team member all reports and presentation packs are delivered in a timely manner. You will attend meetings as directed and ensure outputs such as meeting minutes are produced and distributed as required

Your experience

  • Can follow instructions and supports the rest of the team
  • Can manage changing priorities and workload to achieve deadlines and targets, recognising the importance escalating issues of importance
  • Can communicate effectively with people through a range of different methods (phone, e-mail, skype and face-to-face)
  • Is eager to learn to improve skills, taking the initiative to extend knowledge
  • Conforms to all Fujitsu and local D&NS processes and procedures
  • Good Microsoft Office knowledge and attention to detail
