Job Description

Bid Manager/Proposal Manager/Change Consultant (Agile/Waterfall/Cloud/Data Centre/Service Transition/Business Transformation/Security Cleared/Security Clearable) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 3 months rolling contract, to be based remotely from home, UK. (UK Only). A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • The successful applicant will have come from a bid, proposal and change background
  • Must have strong bid/proposal experience
  • Must have proposal writing skills and experience
  • Proposal writing - Act as the Lead in impact assessment and co-ordination across technical/delivery teams to produce change response documents for new project work
  • Negotiation skills and experience - lead customer discussions to agree statements of work for projects
  • Resource management skills
  • Experience migrating applications to a cloud platform and/or between datacentres
  • Experience of waterfall, agile and hybrid project delivery approaches
  • Bid management
  • Migration of business systems to a cloud platform and/or between datacentres
  • Service transition projects to take-on application support
  • Input to bids involving business transformation
