Assurance Improvement Specialist - Revenue Assurance / Billing - Mobile Telecoms
Roles & Responsibilities
Revenue & Cost Improvement Initiatives: Investigating existing revenue and cost controls, and identity and delivery improvements. Validate existing controls and work with the process owners to improve assurance levels.
Operational Excellence: Developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities and excellent delivery of customer satisfaction.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with stakeholders across the business including Technology & Operations, Marketing, Customer, Legal, and Finance teams.
Process Improvements: Review processes and identify process improvements.
Project Management: Manage cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue, cost and margin controls.
Continuous Improvement: Develop and run continuous improvements using a plan-do-check-adjust approach.
Skills & Experience
- Ideally they want someone from a Telco background, who understands how networks work.
- Experience within Billing or Revenue .
- Process improvement experience is essential, along with project management skills. Key successor in this role is the ability to pull plans together and drive them forward
Sound knowledge and experience of all facets of quality assurance related to revenue, cost and margin processes.
Process improvements methodologies.
An ability to liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to revenue assurance.
An inquisitive and analytical mind, i.e. be someone driven by "what if" scenarios that inform direction and decisions.
Adapts positively to change - seizes opportunities, stays open to new ideas and engages others in changes.
Experience of working under pressures to tight deadlines.
