Job Description

We are looking for a Assurance Improvement specialist to join our client's expanding Head Office Team, with one the world's leading Mobile Telecoms Service Providers based in Berkshire. The Assurance team aims to provide to have high quality, automated controls over all the company's revenues and costs of sale. Through conversing with the wider business you will gain an understanding of how other teams and functions operate, respecting their issues and priorities, to understand current state, agree desired future state, define activities needed and ensure that commitments are met.

Through identification of revenue leakage and excess costs, work to maximise he company's margins without impacting on customer satisfaction and ensuring regulatory requirements are adhered to.

Roles & Responsibilities

Revenue & Cost Improvement Initiatives: Investigating existing revenue and cost controls, and identity and delivery improvements. Validate existing controls and work with the process owners to improve assurance levels.

Operational Excellence: Developing an understanding of internal and external customer needs and ensure all activities and excellent delivery of customer satisfaction.

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with stakeholders across the business including Technology & Operations, Marketing, Customer, Legal, and Finance teams.

Process Improvements: Review processes and identify process improvements.

Project Management: Manage cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue, cost and margin controls.

Continuous Improvement: Develop and run continuous improvements using a plan-do-check-adjust approach.

Skills & Experience Required

Sound knowledge and experience of all facets of quality assurance related to revenue, cost and margin processes.

Project Management.

Process improvements methodologies.

An ability to liaise with the business on issues of business performance related to revenue assurance.

An inquisitive and analytical mind, i.e. be someone driven by "what if" scenarios that inform direction and decisions.

Adapts positively to change - seizes opportunities, stays open to new ideas and engages others in changes.

Experience of working under pressures to tight deadlines.
