About the role:
The aim of this architect role is to enable the engineering teams to create and evolve world class applications for mobile, tablet and in car environments. You will work with the wider company and external companies to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions are delivered aligned to the overall technical strategy, whilst growing the capabilities of the teams by coaching and mentoring staff.
This position will be a tech lead role with an element of solution architecture, working with multiple teams (including platform and cyber teams) but not essential). Knowledge transfer community building will be a key aspect of this role and will be working with a team to share challenges encountered by other departments and teams.
Experience needed:
- AWS knowledge is a must and any cyber experience would be very desirable
- Experience evaluating existing and emerging technologies and their potential uses to support delivery of business value.
- Experience in developing and championing technology strategies.
