**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered**

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Defence Sector require an Application Developer to join their successful Practice on an ongoing contract basis.

Mandatory Skills Required

• Strong .NET Framework / ASP.NET Development
• TDD / BDD
• Principles SOLID, DRY
• Design Patterns
• Website Development HTML, JavaScript
• Leading Software Development - .Net Framework or other programming language
• Strong Web Applications/Services design and development including SOAP & REST
• Design and Development Experience
• XML, XSLT
• Strong Databases knowledge - PostgreSQL, SQL Server or other
• Agile Development Practises
• Development Leadership/Management

Desirable Skills Required

• .Net Core
• Knowledge of Microservices, API Gateway/Managers
• Search Technologies e.g. Apache Lucene/Solr or other
• Open Geospatial Standards e.g. WMS/KML etc
• DevOps Experience
• Containerisation e.g. Docker / Kubernetes
• Automation
• Knowledge/Experience working with C4ISR domain
