6 month + contract
This leading telecoms company are seeking and Agresso expert to come in and provide support to the team on a 6 month initial contract.
The main focus will be to ensure the smooth running of the Agresso system by monitoring routine tasks, and performing daily checks. This role will need someone who can operate a mix of both 1st/2nd line duties, supporting users across the business and responding to issues logged by system users.
You must have:
- ITIL experience
- Experience with Agresso
- Have worked in an IT 1st & 2nd line role previously
- Able to engage with stakeholders - performing training, and support users on how to use it
- Some workflow knowledge would be good
- Must be able to start ASAP
