Job title: Advertising Specialist - Mandarin speaking

Location: London Paddington

You will be responsible for our client's advertising in the UK, with a clear focus on relevant ecosystem development and revenue growth.

You will manage our client's Ads platform that will serve up advertisements through our client's Mobile Services function on its devices.

What you will do:

• Develop ecosystem from the media provider side, including third-party APP, SSP (supply-side platform) and Ads SDK providers.
• Develop ecosystem from the advertising demand side, including third-party DSP (demand-side platform), advertising agencies and advertisers.
• Monetise our client's and media providers' inventories, driving total advertising revenue growth.
• Campaign Media Plan creation for internal and external advertisers
• Campaign management, operation and optimization, manage our client's and external advertiser campaigns on a daily basis.
• Responsible for advertiser reports, weekly internal reports, providing metrics such as: CPM, CPC, CTR, Calculate ROI and other parameters.

The ideal candidate:

• 3+ year experience in the advertising industry, especially in the mobile domain.
• Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising industry platforms, bidding models, sides, CPM, CPC, CPI, CTR metrics and ratios.
• Deep knowledge and previous Google GDN and App Stores User Acquisition experience, understanding Display, SEM, and Search Ads.
• Excellent data analysis skills.
• Deep understanding of the local market for consumer digital services, mobile usage behaviour and advertising trends.
• Develop good relationships with local suppliers in the value chain (Europe and UK).
• Strong communication skills and rich experience in partner engagement and influencing.
• Self-motivated, creative and good team worker, willing to take on challenges.
• Fluent In English and Mandarin
