Job Description

Accounts Payable - 2 month contract

Hybrid/ Glasgow - 2-3 Days in Office

Start Immediately

You will be working in a back office team of 4 administrators reporting to the Payments Ops Manager, you will be responsible for validating customer refund requests, allocating customer payments and responding to all payment queries received from other Business areas. Y

You will be required to accurately manage high volumes within agreed SLA's. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvements and highlighting issues that may impact Customer Experience or create a Compliance Risk.

Skills and Experience needed for the role:

  • Must have Accounts Payable's experience
  • Strong Payments processing experience
  • Ability to manage High Volumes
  • Experience in handling Customer refund requests and Payment allocations to customer's accounts
  • Excel skills - Pivots and V-lookups
  • Strong Communication skills and Attention to detail
