3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer - Gloucestershire - Contract
A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered
Leading Defence IT Service Provider are looking for a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer (Security Cleared to a high level ideally) to provide technical expertise in maintaining a solution environment.
The role will involve proactively maintaining the environments, providing technical escalation for 1st and 2nd line colleagues, engaging with our vendors and Subject Matter Experts and identifying ways to improve service delivery.
Experience with VMWare, Windows apps/OS, AD
Experience with patching, maintenance and acting as escalation point for 2nd line
Networking experience and knowledge
