A new contract opportunity has arisen working for a leading Security & Defence company as a 2nd Line Support Wintel Engineer. This position will be on-site 5 days a week - in Central London.

As 2nd Line Support Wintel Engineer you will report directly to the Operations Manager and will be a highly motivated support specialist with a good knowledge, experience and technical awareness of working within a secure environment and an understanding of the implementation of secure solutions. Must be flexible and able to work on multiple tasks on a day-to-day basis

You will also handle support calls escalated from 1st Line support teams, carry out 2nd Line diagnostics, problem resolution, non-routine server management tasks and assist in the carrying out and completion of Business Change Requests, providing guidance and advice as necessary.

Requirements:

• Experience as a 2nd Line Wintel Support Engineer

*Candidates will need to hold a valid level of security clearance, candidates not holding this may also be considered.
