Job Description

2nd Line Desktop/Deskside Support Engineer (TechBar/Microsoft/Office365/Active Directory) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Client for a rolling 5-month contract to be based in Woking.

The successful candidate will join a Tech Bar and be responsible for the following:

- Managing fault calls

- Service requests

- VOIP telephony support

- VIP Support

- PC/Laptop builds

- OS configuration

- Active Directory

- O365 administration

- Hardware repair

Our client has a Windows 10 platform so some familiarity with supporting this OS will be desirable. This position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff. Call management will progress from Service now system used currently.
