Job Description

2nd Line Desktop/Deskside VIP & Exec Support Engineer (AV, Audio Visual, O365, Win10, BAU) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 7 months rolling contract, to be based in London, UK (5 days on-site).

Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Must have strong 2nd line desktop/deskside support experience, with AV or VIP & Exec Support experience
  • The successful applicant will be providing the following AV services: fault calls, service requests, planned changes, VOIP telephony support, high level AV support, VIP Support, Smart-Hands support, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration, some hardware repair, O365, Windows 10, Deskside support
  • Call management ServiceNow support
  • BAU Support experience
  • Supporting and manning the Technical AV Help Desk
  • AV & IT Deskside support and stock control experience
  • Excellent client facing experience
  • Desirable: Mac IOS
  • The position will require an engineer capable of building key relationships with end users, including VIP/Executives/Senior Management and their support staff.
