Job Description

2nd Line Deskside/Desktop Support Engineer (Apple/Mac/iOS/iPhone/Win10/O365/Android/iPad) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 6 month contract, to be based from home until restrictions are lifted and then from London.

Responsibilities and Skills:

  • 2nd line deskside support;
  • Excellent client facing experience;
  • Experience of using, configuring and troubleshooting Mac desktops, laptops and Apple Remote Desktop;
  • Experience in using Ticketing systems to track incidents and request;
  • Experience of supporting iPhones, iPads & Android devices etc.;
  • Train users on Apple Mac software.
  • Experience of support O365 & Windows 10
