2nd Line BAU Desktop Support Engineer (Microsoft)

2nd Line BAU Desktop Support Engineer (Windows 10/Citrix/Active Directory/Windows Server 2008 R2) is urgently required by our Global IT Outsourcing Client for a rolling 3-month contract to be based in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will join a financial services customer project and we are looking for a candidate who matches the below criteria:

- Predominantly Face to Face 2nd Line Desktop Support experience

- Experience with Remote telephone 2nd Line Support

- Experience supporting Windows environment

- MS Office experience

- Experience supporting a virtualised environment (Citrix)

- Financial Services experience (desirable)
