2nd line 24/7 IT Support - Berkshire - (Security Cleared / Eligible for clearance)

**A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will still be considered**

Leading Managed Services Provider in the Defence sector require a skilled 2nd line Support engineer to work on site in Berkshire (Bracknell) and participate in a 24/7 shift patter (days and nights, 4 on, 4 off).

The role will be part of a newly created shared service that will support a range of live services for high profile clients.

In this position you will take escalations from the 1st line team and see the technical issues through to resolution or escalation.

  • Experience in MS Windows support environment will be required: Active Directory, Exchange, Windows server etc.
  • Experience of Incident management/resolution
  • Comfortable with Agile ways of working
  • Able to commit to 24/7 rota on site in Berkshire
