1st/2nd Line Support Engineer - Security Cleared - Dartmouth

Please note: A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered

Leading defence Sector Managed Services Provider require a 1st/2nd line support engineer to work on site in Dartmouth area in an ongoing contract role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 7 on desktop PC's and is able to investigate breakages and failures.

Using Microsoft Active Directory you will carry out Account Management, creating and supporting accounts across various domains as well as MS Outlook and Exchange to look after their mailboxes. Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM would be an advantage as well as an understanding of networks including switches and patching also a good understanding of servers would be beneficial.

Good communication skills and an appreciation of customer service is essential, as you will be supporting a live service and have direct contact.
