1st/2nd Line Service Desk/Deskside/Desktop Support/Win10 Tablet

1st/2nd Line IT Service Desk/Deskside/Desktop Support Engineer (Windows 10 Tablet/Win10 Tablet) is urgently required by our Global IT Services Company for an initial 3 month rolling contract, to be based on client site in Reading, Berkshire.

Responsibilities and Skills:

• The successful applicant will be a 1st/2nd Line IT Service Desk/Deskside/Desktop Support Engineer
• Must have experience of as many of the following as possible: Windows 7 & 10, MS Office 2010/365, iPhones, iPads, MDM, Android devices, Tablets, Mobile Devices, Remedy ServiceNow, Exchange, SCCM
• The successful applicant will be providing dedicated win10 tablet project support and will be the sole Engineer responsible for building Win10 tablets
• Excellent client facing experience
• Must have experience of providing face to face and remote telephone IT support
• Laptop, Printer & Desktop support
• Experience of providing end to end Windows 10 Tablet support
• Must be able to work 5 days a week in the office, which is based in Reading
