1st Line Support Team Leader / Service Desk Team Leader - Windows - Active Directory - Dublin

Are you an experienced IT professional with strong experience of leading a busy Service Desk Team within a large IT Service provider or similar environment? If so, please apply to a brand new long term contract working for one of the world's most successful IT Technology and Service Innovators based in central Dublin.

To be successful you will have the following attributes:

  • Previous experience of leading a 30+ team of 1st line Support Service Desk agents across a broad range of customers and technologies.
  • Strong and clear communications skills.
  • ITIL Background
  • Strong background in Windows technologies.
  • Any experience with Oracle technologies would be desirable but not essential.
