Job Description

1st Line Support / ITIL Service Desk - Permanent - Berkshire

Technology company in Berkshire (near Reading) require a 1st line support / ITIL Service Desk support analyst on a permanent basis.

Reporting into the Infrastructure Manager, this role will support the organisation by being responsible for responding to all incidents and requests that come into the IT Service Desk.

Role will also include Hardware Management, System Access Management, Service Management, System Induction Training.

Relevant experience:

  • Professional experience of working in a 1st line support role
  • Technically good with MS Desktop and Windows operating system
  • Some experience with Office365
  • IDEALLY - ITIL foundation with MS infrastructure support experience
