1st Line Support Engineer - Windows 10 - Swords - Dublin - Contract

A global IT Services and Technology Specialist are currently looking for experienced Support Engineers to provide 1st Line IT support across multiple Live Services clients. This will be an excellent first step to furthering a career within the IT domain and offers a long term rolling contract, excellent training and a modern working environment for the right candidate.

To be successful you will have the following attributes:

• Previous experience within an IT or technical support environment.
• Strong and clear communications skills.
• Although little knowledge of 1st line support will be required - willingness, ability and drive to learn will be big factors in choosing the right candidate.
• Previous handling of customer service or ticketing systems will be desirable but not essential.
