A global IT Services and Technology Specialist are currently looking for an experienced 1st Line Support Engineers to provide support for one of their key retail clients.

To be successful you will have the following attributes:

• Previous experience within an IT / Software environment - ideally 1 year.
• Willingness, ability and drive will be big factors in choosing the right candidate.
• Previous experience of handling customer service enquiries, ticketing or logging systems would be highly desirable.
